Pet bonuses apply while a pet is active. Every released species, including Gem Shop pets, can roll all 12 current bonus types. A pet has three different bonus types. See Pets for tier odds, rerolls, and bonus power as the pet levels up.

Current bonuses
Ranges show full-power values at Level 30, before affinity bonuses. T1, T2, and T3 mean Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3.

Levels and affinities
See Leveling and Affinity for bonus power, level scaling, and matching affinity effects.

Relative increases
Drop Rate: a 10% base chance with +20% Drop Rate becomes 12%. It does not become 30%, and does not guarantee a drop or a higher rarity.

Guild Chalice Boost: a 20% boost makes a purchased +5% XP Chalice give you +6% walking XP. Chalices are permanent guild upgrades. This pet bonus strengthens your own benefit; it does not change the guild's purchased tier for other members.

CRIT and Encounter Find: these add percentage points. For example, +9% Encounter Find raises a 25% encounter chance to 34% before other bonuses.

Drop Rate and other boosts
Drop Rate affects the following regular rewards:

* Pet eggs: raises the egg roll on routes that already drop eggs. A legacy Egg Luck bonus adds its percentage points before Drop Rate is applied. It does not make Forest Trail or River Path drop eggs.
* Equipment chests: raises each chest tier's expedition drop check. The highest tier is checked first. The final chance of receiving a particular chest depends on the higher-tier checks too; it is not always the percentage in a route's reward table multiplied by your bonus. Drop Rate does not change a chest's gear pool or quality odds.
* First discoveries: Drop Rate, a legacy Discovery Boost, and the effect from a Rare Find Potion add together as relative discovery boosts.
* Extra material copies: Drop Rate, Rare Find, and the guild's Discovery Chalice add together as relative boosts to the repeat-copy roll. Co-op applies its repeat-copy scale first. See Co-op Expeditions and each route's discovery table.
* Walking coins: raises the chance of a walking coin drop. Coin Bonus increases the amount received.
* Monster rewards: increases monster coin and XP amounts. If an older pet has both Monster Loot and Drop Rate, the higher of those two values is used. Coin Bonus adds to that reward bonus for monster coins.

Potion Boost strengthens the effect of Rare Find before that effect is added to discovery boosts. For example, Rare Find's base +25% effect becomes +27.5% with +10% Potion Boost. It does not change an XP brew's multiplier or extend a potion's duration.

Other bonuses do not all use the same stacking rule. For daily check-in coins, Coin Bonus and the legacy Daily Bonus use the higher value rather than adding together. Guild Chalices explains the permanent guild effects; Affinity explains matching pet affinities.

Legacy bonuses
These bonus types can remain on older pets, but are not part of the current roll pool. Ranges below show full-power values at Level 30 before affinities.

Unlocked bonuses reroll from the current table. Egg Luck, Discovery Boost, and Monster Loot were consolidated into Drop Rate. Daily Bonus was replaced by Coin Bonus. Tier Lock can preserve a legacy bonus during a Pet Spellbook reroll.

Rerolling and fusion
See Bonuses and tiers for Spellbook rerolls, Tier Locks, and the Gem Shop pet guarantee. Fusion Catalyst covers fusion costs, quality, and results.
