Tier Lock protects one pet bonus during the next Pet Spellbook reroll.

In-game description
Locks the tier of one bonus slot. The lock persists until the next spellbook reroll.
Obtaining

Using
- Open Inventory and select Tier Lock.
- Choose a pet, then select one of its bonus slots.
- Choose Lock Tier. One Tier Lock is used and the selected slot stays locked until the next reroll.
Each pet can have one locked bonus at a time.
What is preserved
During the next 
Pet Spellbook reroll, the selected bonus keeps its type, tier, and rolled value. The other bonuses reroll normally.
After that reroll, the lock is cleared. Apply another Tier Lock if you want to protect a bonus for a later reroll. A Tier Lock does not raise a bonus's tier.
