Obtaining
Mushrooms can be found in Forest Trail expedition rewards. See Expeditions for the expedition guide.
Uses
Mushroom can fill an ingredient slot in recipes that accept common materials or better.
For example, Grix's Normal Brew uses three common-or-better materials. A Mushroom can fill one of those slots. Complete Grix's first brewing quest to unlock the recipe.
Discovery and material copies
The Discovery Log records the find. Crafting uses your material copies, which are tracked separately in the crafting menu.
