Level 30 is the final evolution, not a hard level cap. More levels require more XP, while bonus power stays at 100%.

Affinity is rolled separately from species. A pet can have '''Treasure, Growth, Exploring, Battle, or Hunting''' affinity. Only bonuses that match that affinity get the extra boost. Potion Boost has no matching affinity.
 
At level 30, a matching affinity adds '''2 percentage points''' to that bonus. For example, a 25% Coin Bonus becomes 27% with Treasure affinity. Below level 30, the combined value is reduced by the pet's current bonus power.

Obtaining

Buy Turtle from Shop → Gem Shop → Pets for 275 gems. It joins your collection at level 1 with three Tier 3 bonuses. No egg or hatching steps are needed.
