Fusion Initiate gives 1 Fusion Catalyst when you accept the quest. It becomes available at level 45 after completing Evolution Warden.

Using
Open Inventory, select Fusion Catalyst, and choose three different owned pets of the same rarity. Review the fusion preview, then choose Fuse Pets.
The three selected pets and one catalyst are consumed. Your active pet and shop-exclusive pets cannot be selected. Unequip a pet first if you want to use it in fusion.
Result
Fusion gives one new pet of the same rarity as the ingredients. It starts at level 1, evolution stage 1, with 0 XP.
- If all three ingredients are the same species, the result keeps that species.
- With mixed species, the game picks an eligible species of the same rarity.
- The result inherits one eligible bonus type or one affinity from the ingredients. Bonus values are newly rolled under the fusion-quality rules.
Fusion score
The three pets' bonus tiers and levels determine the score:
- Each Tier 1 bonus adds 1 point, Tier 2 adds 3, and Tier 3 adds 7.
- Each pet adds 0 level points below level 10, 1 at levels 10 to 24, 2 at levels 25 to 34, or 3 at level 35 and above.
- Three pets of the same species add 5 extra points.
Minimum bonus tiers
Higher scores give better fusion quality and minimum bonus tiers. The tier mix below is a minimum across the three bonuses; it does not assign a tier to a particular slot.
