In-game description

A staff passed down through generations of archmages. Wisdom flows through it.

Obtaining

Buy Sage's Staff from the Coin Shop for 4,000 coins. You need level 40 and the Wizard class path to buy it. The shop version always has B quality, 48 ATK, and 6 DEF.

It can also be found in the equipment chests below.

Chest	Chance per chest	Class path
Hero's Chest	7%	Wizard
Legendary Vault	6%	Wizard

These chances are for each chest opened on the Wizard class path, before the item's quality is rolled. A chest gives one piece of gear. Open a chest's page to see where to get it.

Requirements

Level 40 to equip.
Wizard class path: Wizard, Fire Wizard, Ice Wizard, Sage, Fire Archmage, Ice Archmage, or Bishop.

Stats

The shop version has fixed stats. Chest versions roll a quality and stats from that quality's range. A B-quality chest drop can differ from the shop version. The table shows final item stats before enchantments or other bonuses.

Source	Quality	Quality chance	ATK	DEF
Coin Shop	B	Always	48	6
Chest	C	10%	39 to 40	4
Chest	B	55%	42 to 50	4 to 7
Chest	A	27%	53 to 57	7 to 8
Chest	S	8%	59 to 61	8 to 9

Quality chances apply after receiving Sage's Staff, not to the chest as a whole. Quality is separate from rarity.

The base attack cooldown is 1.5 seconds. Attack Speed can change the time between attacks.
